Public and Administrative Law
Under the leadership of Ruth Henke QC, the team consists of a dedicated team of experienced practitioners. combining a wealth of experience gained not only in independent practice at the Bar, but also drawing on diverse backgrounds in constitutional legal practice, ranging from the National Assembly for Wales to the European Union.
Members undertake all types of local government work, appearing in Courts and various tribunals, including representation at an advisory stage.
Members also undertake Judicial Review and public law cases generally in the High Court and higher Appellate Courts.
Most members of the team are on the approved Panel of Treasury Counsel, and the approved Panel of Counsel for the National Assembly for Wales. Please view individual members pages for this information.
