David Hughes joined 30 Park Place in June 2007, after practising for 10 years at the Gibraltar Bar, where he appeared in some of the most important Constitutional cases, as well as a  practice including personal injury and professional negligence claims, contractual cases, and social housing, as well as a small number of criminal cases.

David's main focus is primarily Administrative law, and areas in which ordinary civil law meets Public Law. A major reason for his return to Wales was a desire to be involved in the exciting legal environment of post-devolution Wales.
