After gaining an Upper Second Class LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Sarah Waters took the Bar Vocational Course at Manchester Metropolitan University in 1999, gaining a Very Competent grade. She was also awarded a Jules Thorne Scholarship and a Lady Templeman Scholarship by the Middle Temple.
Sarah then worked as a Para-legal for Myers Lister Price Solicitors, Northenden, Manchester from January to September 1998, before being called to the Bar in 1999.
Sarah has a split practice of crime and personal injury. She has a burgeoning reputation in criminal law and is a CPS Grade 4 prosecutor.
