Kate began her legal career at Chambers in Swansea, before moving to join the Family Law team at 30 Park Place in July 2001.
She has extensive experience in Child Care for Local Authorities and parents, private law disputes, ancillary relief and injunctive relief. In addition, she undertakes work in the area of public interest immunity, and is a member of the Education Law team (SENT). She also has experience of Mental Health issues.
She regularly provides lectures on issues relating to Family Law.
