Since joining from 33 Park Place in 2001, Charles Parsley has continued to specialise primarily in Chancery and Family law. His primary areas of expertise are in Contract; Probate; Inheritance Act claims; Trusts and Trusts of Land, including Cohabitee Disputes; Real Property, Conveyancing and Landlord and Tenant, Insolvency and Bankruptcy.
He also has an interest in Defamation, Libel and Slander.
In the area of Family Law, he specialises particularly in Child Care law, and is regularly instructed by CAFCASS Legal Services and the Official Solicitor. He also undertakes ancillary relief and Matrimonial Finance work.
