After gaining an Upper Second Class degree in politics at the University of Manchester, Andrew Morse undertook the Common Professional Examination (Law Conversion Course) at the University of Glamorgan, before completing the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, London, when he was awarded the James Crouch Award by Gray's Inn.
After a successful pupillage at 30 Park Place, he became a member of chambers in 2002, and his practice is evenly split between personal injury work and criminal work (Grade 3 CPS Prosecutor).
He also regularly represents local authorities in Disclosure hearings
