As head of the Chancery sub-group, Andrew Green specialises in Chancery law, Trusts, Commercial, Insolvency, Land, Building & Construction, Judicial Review, Local Government, Inquests, and general Common Law civil work. He also undertakes Defendant Insurance Personal Injury work.
Andrew has appeared in many locally high profile cases ranging from an inquiry into the misconduct of the Chief Executive of a District Council, the sacking of a school mistress (the nationally reported case of Marjorie Evans), and a commercial dispute between airlines.
His Disciplinary work includes a Welsh Rugby Union appeal hearing of almost an entire rugby football team, and a dispute within the Welsh Pony and Cob Society. He has also undertaken advisory work for the England Cricket Board.
He is also frequently asked to advise on the interpretation of insurance policies in a wide range of issues.
